General İnformation

  • We will pick you up from your hotel, accommodation address on the tour day and drive you back after the tour. Most of the Fethiye, Calis Beach, Hisaronu, Ovacik and Oludeniz area transfers are free. (During the low season we may ask for an extra payment for transfers from/to Letoonia Hotel, Hillside Hotel and some other hotels which are situated out side the city.
  • You may want to bring your own camera or cam coders to record your happy moments and the area. Most of the tours are suitable to carry camera and other electronic devices with you. However we do not take responsibility for any lost or damaged items during the tours. Cameras and other devices are not allowed in Paragliding and Microlight flights. Be aware that tours may include boat trips, swim breaks, hiking or public area travels. There is a risk of loose or drop devices into water. All personal belongings you carry on you is under your responsibility.
  • Except boat trips, non of our tours and excursions are suitable for disabled persons. Everyone is welcome to our tours and our guides and staff will do their best to help disabled persons on our tours. Persons with wheelchairs, armchairs can join the tours but during the hiking, walking, or swimming breaks they may have to wait the rest of the group in a suitable point if they can not join the group.
  • Most of our tours and excursions are suitable for kids and infants. Please check the "Tour Details" section in each tours page to see if the tour is suitable for kids and infants. Paragliding, Microlight, Diving tours are not suitable for infants and has a age limitation. Also we do discounts to kids and all the tours are free to infants. (0-2 ages)
  • According to weather, traffic or tour area conditions we may have to cancel the tour. Boat trips will be cancelled if the weather conditions are not suitable for cruises. If the tour is cancelled before it starts or if the captain decides to return back to harbour after 1-2 hours of the tour, you will be refunded with the all amount of payment. If the weather conditions suddenly changes after 4 hours of cruise and the captain of the boat decides to go back to harbour, there will be no refund as half of the tour has already been completed. All the other tours will run if the weather conditions are ok.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Pick Up Drop Back

    We give free pick up and drop back service to all our excursions. Pick up times are written in the excursions pages, in the “tour details” section of the page. Pick up times are different for Fethiye city center, Oludeniz, Hisaronu & Ovacik and Calis Beach area. There will be delay in pick up. Please be patient and wait for the bus. Coach is touring different hotel and hostels to collect other customers and there may be delay on pick up time. If the bus is late more then 30 minutes, please contact +90 532 6785511 and we will inform you about the pick up. Same couch will drive you back to your hotel/hostel after the excursion.
  • Payment

    We accept only cash payment on the tour day. Within your arrival to Fethiye, you can give us a time and meeting point and our sales representative will meet you for a detailed explanation of the tour and collect the payment. Otherwise you can make payment on the tour day morning to the guide in the bus.
  • Group Discount

    We make discounts to big party of groups. Please contact us and we will do our best for the discount prices.
  • Cancellations

    Cancellation of a booking is available 1 day before the tour date. We do not accept cancellations in less then 24 hours to excursion time. With booking your excursion, you also accept to make the payment for the tour. Please contact us at least 1 day before the tour date if you want to cancel or change the tour date.
  • Acommodation

    In the booking form, there is a empty field called “Additional Requests”. Please type tour room number here if you will be staying in a hotel/hostel. If you don’t know your room number, please be ready at the entrance of the hotel/hostel (or reception) on the pick up time.
